Athletics

At Capitol School, our athletics program inspires a love for movement and an active lifestyle. Elementary students enjoy a wide range of activities, including swimming, gymnastics, cricket, archery, and more. Weekly highlights include “Running Day,” where students build stamina and earn rewards for milestones, and Thursdays, which focus on fitness and health education.

Upper school students continue their physical education through seasonal sports like Cross Country, Volleyball, Tennis, Track & Field, and Golf, as well as afternoon clubs such as Wrestling, Climbing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our new strength and conditioning facility provides top-quality equipment to support training and healthy habits.

Led by Jenni Jensen, a master’s graduate in sports pedagogy, our program encourages lifelong fitness, health, and well-being.
